Harold M. Ofgang N.D. is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Queens College of the City University of New York and a graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, a leading fully accredited four year Naturopathic Medical School. Dr. Ofgang has over 35 years of experience, practicing, teaching and writing about Classical Homeopathy and Naturopathic medicine. He has completed the post graduate course for Doctors with the International Foundation for Homeopathy, and has trained extensively with world renowned Classical Homeopathic teacher and author George Vithoulkas, founder of the Athenian School of Homeopathic Medicine.
He has also worked, taught and trained with Argentina’s renowned Homeopathic physician and educator, Professore Francisco Eizayaga, and is certified by HHFA in Homeopathy. Dr. Ofgang is fully licensed as a naturopathic physician in Connecticut, Arizona and Oregon and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Connecticut Society of Naturopathic Physicians, The International Foundation for Homeopathy, The National Center for Homeopathy, Hahnemann Homeopathic Foundation of America, AzNMA and NYANP. He is Director of Education and Naturopathic Therapeutics at Hahnemann Health Associates and practices Naturopathic Medicine and Classical Homeopathy in Connecticut where he lives with his wife and four children.

Patricia Ofgang, A.P.R.N. is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Women’s Health Care, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine. She graduated from Cornell University New York Hospital School of Nursing in 1975 and obtained her advanced nurse practitioner masters degree from Pace University. A member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing, Patty’s background includes work in Pediatrics and Orthopedics in Perugia, Italy and in Medicine and Surgery in Bellinzona, Switzerland.
In the United States her focus shifted to Public Health with an emphasis on, but not limited to, women, infants and children. She is licensed by the states of New York and Connecticut to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has obtained national certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the New York Coalition of Nurse Practitioners as well as the American Nurses Association.
Patty’s experience includes New Milford Hospital, New York Hospital, hospice and home care. She currently supervises Women’s Health Care at Hahnemann Health Associates in New York and Natural Medical Center of Danbury in Connecticut.
She enjoys life with her husband and four wonderful children. Patty’s unique approach to health care combines the best of natural and conventional medicine.
